Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

   • Referrers do not need to be existing clients of StartSmart Property & Finance Specialists Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
      

2. Referral Reward

   • A referral reward of AUD $500 will be paid to the referrer for each eligible referral.

   • To be eligible for the reward, the referred person must:
     a) Be a new client to us (not previously contacted, referred, or engaged with us);
     b) Engage our services and proceed to a completed purchase of a property; and
     c) Settle the purchase through Start Smart Property & Finance Specialists Pty Ltd.
      

3. Reward Payment

   • The $500 reward will be paid via prepaid visa debit card or other agreed method within 30 days of the settlement date of the referred person’s property purchase.

   • Only one referral reward will be paid per referred person, regardless of how many people refer them.
      

4. Exclusions

   • Self-referrals are not eligible.

   • Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

   • We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether a referral is valid and meets these Terms & Conditions.
      

5. General

   • This offer is valid until withdrawn, and we reserve the right to amend or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

   • Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
